Insta-moments

I am in the middle of exam season, which, as you can imagine is not the funnest way to spent my time. Fear not, I have been taking regular breaks searching graduation dresses, summer ball dresses and googling holiday ideas. I also have a week with the girls in Nice to look forward too and......I just booked flights to SINGAPORE! I am one lucky little girl.

I also had my own private dance party today in celebration of finishing my dissertation. That is one essay that I will not be sorry to see the back of!

Because it has been exam season there has been annoyingly little time to do anything exciting, so I have had to content myself with finding little moments of happiness, captured on Instagram.

A spontaneously wonderful dinner date @ Boopshi's with the beautiful LP. We chatted for hours over cocktails and snitzle

Miss SM had a birthday this month, so a boozy dinner was in order.

A moment of peace in the busyness of life. This little chap was just so happy gliding around and enjoying all the attention.

A beautiful rainbow in a stormy sky, captured on a walk in Windsor Great Park.

Oh dear, I think he saw us! Again, another moment of beauty and strength on a quick ramble with my man.

Lots of birthdays this month, NO celebrated in style with strawberry and cream cupcakes made by the domestic goddess SM.

A final family selfie before Mama T and Papa T headed of to Singapore and HT moved to Australia. A new chapter for the T family.

A wonderfully geeky day-date spent at the Natural History Museum and the Science Museum

Good to get back to baking, in order to make a ginormous cake for my boy!

Summer time rowing, nothing better than cheering people on from the river bank.

A moment of stillness and happiness on a wonderful spring morning, captured on my walk to the library.

A cheeky little OOTD post. Loved wearing the gorgeous LH's new design. You really should check her out here, because all of her prints are to die for!

Took a little break from studying to play tennis with my very own Andy Murray lookalike! Summer must be on its way, fetch the Pimms!

Mood - Bored of revision, excited for summer!

We all know that January and February are not that exciting as months of the year go. However, these are a few little moments that I have captured recently.

Sadly studying has been the name of the game for the first few months of 2014, but nothing says positivity like creamy hot chocolate and bright trousers!

Can you believe that this is my view? Nothing beats watching the sunset over this beauty

Enjoying the falling leaves on a chilly walk across Green Park with my favourite people

Only the cutest flower shop in Paris!

Doggy walks with this little chap never fail to make me happy

Road-trippin' to the North with AN for a weekend away and celebrations

Greeted with this incredible platter for cheese and wine evening with NO, SM and JJ. Cheese, wine and girly catch-ups make my heart sing and my jeans extra tight!

A rainy lunch date

My current favourite snuggly jumper, love myself a good geeky literary reference

Yes, more studying, this time accessorised with a splash of spring-clolored nail varnish!

Dancing with my favourite people for the annual dance show, going to miss these beauties! (Post to follow)

So rare these days to receive a heartfelt hand written letter, it really makes me happy

Cousin love is the best, especially when you accidentally buy matching gnome hats and then wear them to a dinner date....sorry not sorry!

Insta-moments

I am relatively new to instagram as I only recently joined the modern world and bought a smart phone! I am being honest when I say that one of the main reasons I chose a smart phone was because of instagram, I realise that makes me about as uncool as you can get, but it is a title I more than willing to accept. What can I say, instagram has not let me down! Call me pathetic but I love the freedom of being able to capture sweet little moments, from the insignificant to the big occasions. It really is amazing how freely we are able to photograph the world these days and how incredible it is that everyone has the power to become a photographer. Not that I am counting myself as a photographer, but you know, now I have won my first photo competition and everything I am more keen than ever to get involved.

These little snaps capture my daily life, not just blog-worthy moments that are often contrived and carefully arranged to be photo ready but fleeting little wonders. Follow me on bethanyscthomas to see more!

The last of the summer berries, you just can't beat a bowl of fresh summer fruit

A lovely little lunch date let to this wonderful moment! TS is a true butterfly whisperer

Love that vintage element to this railway station, so simple and perfect, it almost makes train-travel exciting, almost

A large proportion of my life in the last few months has been spent here, it wouldn't be fair to leave it out. I guess, as libraries go this isn't a bad view.

Modern London, there is something very iconic about a London bus heading to Waterloo on a foggy, grey day in the big smoke

Outfit of the day, first day cold enough to merit a wooly tartan scarf, candy-pop trousers and a crisp white shirt

Two of the sweetings things in the world NT and a bunny, could there be anything cuter?

Lights in London, christmas is coming!

I whole heartedly support Movember, keep up the good work lads!

French inspired jewellery can only make French class more fun!

Snuggles with Miss LP and Teddy, hands down the best way to wake up in the morning!

Knobbly, spotty perfect pumpkins in Borough Market! So good you could eat them!

Real love comes in a handmade mug filled with hot, chocolately goodness

Mood - festive
